BOND INVESTMENT HOLDING LTD V. THE GOVERNMENT OF OGUN STATE:

Arbitral Panel concludes and gives Award in substantial claim.

A private company Bond Investment Ltd has succeeded before an Arbitral Panel over its claims to fees on Paris Club refunds to the Ogun State Government of Nigeria.

The Panel awarded a total sum of N4,212,073,720.00 (about $11,539,928) to the Company which was represented by the BA LAW team led by Chief Bolaji Ayorinde SAN, OFR and supported by Mr. Akin Apara ACArb and Miss Motunrayo Olaleye ACArb.
