Denise Amaning, instructed by Seema Dosaj of Berri’s Law, secured a Not Guilty verdict for her private client charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm. The issue for trial was one of self-defence. The complainant sustained extensive visible injuries, including an incisional wound to the tendon requiring surgery and lost a dental crown.
