The Defendants were charged for dealing in and the possession of fake Traveler’s Cheques contrary to Sections 270 and 410   of the   Criminal law of Lagos state, 2011.

 At the close of the Trial, the Learned Trial Judge, Honorable Justice Ijelu of the High Court of Lagos, Ikeja Judicial Division found the Defendant not guilty.
